I've found another use for a pretty cake stand. It was given to me as a gift and for months sat longingly in the box waiting for afternoon tea.
I was rummaging through my sewing supplies getting pricked by pins and needles with the cake stand sitting close by. Problem solved! What a lovely sewing supply holder it makes with the added benefit of being portable due to the lovely big carry handle. Everything is there at a glance and it fits nicely on my shelf x
