I was looking for a new cabinet for my living room. After 6 years of being surrounded by toys in various boxes, shelves and cabinets I wanted something that was visually appealing as well as practical. I had a list of requirements: 1/ bookshelf 2/ display shelf 3/ toy cupboard 4/ limited space.
After looking around I found this mid century cabinet on Ebay. It ticked all my boxes, was local and needed no restoration. As you can see it's in great condition and was a fraction of the price of high street equivalents.
Fits in rather nicely.

I love the handy sliding doors which hide a deep shelf. We store all our favourite board games in here.
